'Delicious creamy wholesome soup with the goodness of fresh green peas and potatoes. PEA AND POTATO SOUP Ingredients 1 cup green peas 2 medium potatoes, peeled 1 tsp ghee Salt to taste A pinch of cumin powder To serve 8 mini pavs, slit 1 tsp butter A pinch of dried red chilli flakes A pinch of chopped fresh parsley leaves Method 1. Roughly chop potatoes. 2. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add the potatoes, green peas, salt, and cumin powder and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add 2 cups water, mix, cover and cook till 3 whistles are given out. 4. Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add died red chilli flakes and parsley leaves, place the pavs and toast on both sides for 1 minute. Take the pan off the heat. 5. Open the cooker once the pressure has settled completely, blend the mixture using an electric hand blender and transfer into serving bowls. 6.
